Hi, Robert, how are you…
Today, finally the window subcontractor came and tried to adjust that stuck window in master bedroom. He told us that is a really defective one; he cannot adjust it because the glass was not cut right. He has to order a new window/glass to correct the problem.
Remember that day, when you pointed out the problem to us including the builder, Michael?? He was kind of defensive and got mad quickly ?? After I tried a few times still couldn‘t get it work, he finally agreed to call for a second look. And, that’s today !!
Robert, what I want to say is you truly did a good job and spoke clearly for your client. We really appreciate you !! Every cent we paid for the inspection is very worthy… I like to give you a two big thumbs up 👍👍. Wish all the people treat their jobs like you do …..
