Mr. Robert Taylor is an absolute life saver. He is exceedingly professional, prompt, and demonstrated a mastery of home-construction and maintenance concerns. He was able to address all of our questions in an easy-to-understand manner, worked overtime to provide a quick report during hotly-contested negotiations, and showed an exception level of attention to detail. He was a steady hand in a very stressful and complex process. We are so thankful we entrusted Mr. Taylor with our home hunt, especially as we were first time home buyers and new to game. Robert performed two house inspections for us during 2 weeks period. He is very responsive, thorough, attentive to details, patient, honest, friendly and personal. Robert was excellent. Most thorough inspector we have ever had. Although definitely not the cheapest, he was worth every penny. He found some major issues that we are having our seller repair as well as many smaller issues and we will use his report to fix them ourselves. and get the house in tip top shape. The inspection part of a home portion is VERY important and I could tell the Robert went over the house with fine toothed comb. He spent at least 3 hours inspecting plus at least 1 hour talking to us about everything. He did not hurry us or rush himself. I would definitely use him again if I ever need to. I also especially liked that I was able to schedule the appointment online the night before. Time was of the essence for our purchase, and he came the very next day. We had one small problem with payment. Our card was accidentally charged twice. I was able to contact him when I noticed the double charge on our statement, and it was refunded immediately without grief or hesitation.

My experience has always been outstanding!
Work is always done in a thorough and professional manner. I use AAdvanced Inspections because I am usually buying a rental property and I’m looking for a house that typically needs more TLC than the average home buyer purchases. But I trust AAdvanced to tell me when I’ve found a diamond that needs a bit of scrubbing versus a property that is just in bad shape. Robert Taylor from AAdvanced Inspections was phenomenal!! Robert, having been a builder for many years, certainly has invaluable experience with the innermost working of home construction and that was obvious to me as he went through the property…inch by inch. He explained things to me clearly and answered my many questions with incredible patience. The final report was superb, not leaving out one detail. The homeowners remarked that they had NEVER seen such a thorough inspection, and they should know since they have moved twelve times in their life. They also remarked about how neat he was…having other clothes available for those”messy” areas he inspected, as well as towels to wipe his feet! This guy is terrific! You should delete the other companies on your list because Robert Taylor is the best!
