Mr. Robert Taylor is an absolute life saver. He is exceedingly professional, prompt, and demonstrated a mastery of home-construction and maintenance concerns. He was able to address all of our questions in an easy-to-understand manner, worked overtime to provide a quick report during hotly-contested negotiations, and showed an exception level of attention to detail. He was a steady hand in a very stressful and complex process. We are so thankful we entrusted Mr. Taylor with our home hunt, especially as we were first time home buyers and new to game. Robert performed two house inspections for us during 2 weeks period. He is very responsive, thorough, attentive to details, patient, honest, friendly and personal. Robert’s background as a builder certainly shows in his eye for detail and knowledge about homes. Robert spent a considerable amount of time with me at the end of the inspection taking me thru the issues he found within the home, the attic, its exterior and both front and back yards. Robert takes a systematic approach to ensure nothing is missed and his inspection list is very comprehensive. His history in working in the area is valuable when it comes to assessing a home’s foundation and knows what to look for as the soil in this area expands and contracts considerably over time. He is very professional and a nice person to talk to. As an investor new to the area, I know I will be working with Robert more often.
