Sub-Termite Warranty - Robert Taylor is able to offer a FREE One Year Warranty against Subterranean Termite activity due to my association with an established pest control provider in the Dallas area. This warranty is provided upon completion of a general home inspection and the Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report, see the following limitations:

* if there is no activity present & there is no evidence of prior activity without prior treatment. * if conducive conditions listed in the WDI Report are medium to light, to be judged on a case by case basis.

Statistically I believe I will be able to issue approximately 7 warranties for every 10 homes inspected that include the WDI report. The cost to continue the warranty after the first year is $100.00 plus tax.
