Friendly, Knowledgeable Office Staff waiting for your call Monday Friday 8:00-6:00 and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm to answer your questions and schedule your inspection.

If you are able to attend the inspection I will go over the most important discoveries that were made and together we will take a first hand look if you so choose. I communicate clearly; you will understand what important issues to pursue in your negotiations.

After the onsite portion of the home inspection is completed, you will receive a Very Detailed Computerized Inspection Report With Photos detailing the condition of each item inspected with information relating to items/systems that are functional and satisfactory, deficient and needing repair or service, or that may require further evaluation by licensed specialists in a particular trade.

State Licensed inspector with a minimum of seventeen years of construction-inspection experience and twenty years of inspection experience. I always conduct myself in a professional manner, and make an effort to get along with all parties present at the time of the inspection, I will be tactful and use good judgment.

If Visual Termites and/or Visual Mold are present, I will advise you on what to do next. If you need a written termite report for your lender, I am licensed to do so and able to provide you with an Official Texas WDIR (Wood Destroying Insect Report).

I carry Error & Omissions insurance as is required by the state of Texas.
I carry General Liability insurance which is not required by the Texas but provides another layer protecting the inspector and importantly the property.

I am available to answer questions and provide solutions to my clients’ years after the inspection by phone or email plano.robert@gmail.com

If you cannot attend, please confirm the contract agreement link that was in the confirmation letter and provide payment by check through your agent or credit card over the phone to my office staff.

Every client receives the Property Inspection Report, Wood Destroying Insect Report (if requested), and a practical and helpful Home Maintenance Guide.
