Are much different than that of the Property Inspection Report; reports are not regulated by TREC. Reporting communication and information is uniquely individual based upon the knowledge and experience of the Inspector. Having been a Framing Contractor then a Building Contractor for seventeen years and an Inspector for fifteen years it is to your advantage to use Aadvanced Inspections Inc. when conducting this type of inspection.
Recommended for homes that have not been inspected within four years or more intended to find out the status of most important aspects of your home.
Small investment property 1800 SF built 1980 View Report
Single Story 7,200 SF Office Building with three units. Photo sheets in the original report are clear color photos but were scanned in gray scale to reduce size of this file. Be patient when selecting View Report, depending on your processor speed it may take a moment to open this large file.
Single Story 6,000 SF Retail Building, built in 1930. Only the electric utility was on at the time of the inspection.
